These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk2026 ("pk2026", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pk2026.club. By creating an account, accessing any game, placing any wager, or using any feature of the pk2026 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• You must not already hold an active or suspended pk2026 account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on pk2026 or have been permanently banned from the platform.
• You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration. pk2026 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, address, and payment method at any time.

By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility criteria. pk2026 may use third-party verification services to confirm your identity and age without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk2026 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

• You must notify pk2026 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• pk2026 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain appropriate security of your credentials.
• pk2026 recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and use a strong, unique password for your account.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account. All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of who conducted it.
• pk2026 reserves the right to lock or suspend your account as a precautionary security measure if unusual activity is detected, pending verification.

All financial transactions on the pk2026 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and your account verification status.
• pk2026 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK. Available payment methods are displayed in your account cashier.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the payment processor. pk2026 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be rejected and refunded. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name and previously used for deposits, or verified during the KYC process.
• pk2026 may require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include a valid CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan, or 1LINK may take 1–3 business days.
• pk2026 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, or policy violations are suspected, pending investigation.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds.

pk2026 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer. The following general conditions apply to all pk2026 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. pk2026 may exclude players from specific promotions at its discretion, including players from certain regions or players with a history of bonus abuse.
• Each promotion specifies its own wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games, contribution rates, and expiry period. These terms are displayed on the relevant promotion page and must be read before accepting any bonus.

• Any evidence of coordinated bonus abuse, including but not limited to collusion between players, use of multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and derived winnings.

All games available on the pk2026 platform are subject to the individual game rules provided within the game interface, which form part of these Terms. The following general conditions apply to all pk2026 gaming activity:

• All casino games on pk2026 use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure provably fair outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk2026 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purpose, including but not limited to identity fraud, payment fraud, or chargeback fraud.
• Using the platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Opening more than one account on pk2026, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by pk2026.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games, live dealer games, or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in games or the platform to generate unfair winnings. Any winnings derived from exploits will be voided and the account suspended.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, or using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with pk2026.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk2026 staff or other players through any channel, including live chat, email, or community features.

pk2026 is firmly committed to responsible gambling. We recognise that while the vast majority of our players enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, a small number of individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviours. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pk2026 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your pk2026 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any pk2026 content without prior written authorisation from pk2026.
• The pk2026 name, logo, and associated brand marks are trademarks of pk2026. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
• Game content is licensed to pk2026 by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others. All intellectual property rights in game content remain with the respective rights holders.
• Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any licence or right to use any pk2026 intellectual property beyond what is necessary to access and use the platform as a registered player.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk2026's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your pk2026 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• pk2026 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.
• pk2026 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. We shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures, network outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Gambling involves financial risk. pk2026 shall not be liable for financial losses sustained through your gaming or betting activity. You acknowledge that you participate in all gaming and betting activity at your own risk.
• Nothing in these Terms limits pk2026's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

pk2026 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, pk2026 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the pk2026 platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting pk2026 customer support.

pk2026 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Engaging in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time when requested.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee in accordance with pk2026's dormant account policy.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from your bank or payment provider.
• Any other circumstance in which pk2026 reasonably determines that continued account operation poses a risk to the platform, other players, or pk2026's regulatory standing.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no funds are subject to a pending investigation.

pk2026 is committed to handling all player complaints promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the pk2026 platform or service, please follow the procedure below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: In the first instance, raise your complaint with the pk2026 customer support team via live chat (available 24/7 within your account) or by email to [email protected]. Please provide full details of your complaint, including your account username and any relevant transaction IDs or timestamps.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 5 business days of your initial contact, you may escalate it as a formal complaint by emailing [email protected] with "Formal Complaint" in the subject line.
3. Step 3 — External Resolution: If your formal complaint remains unresolved after a further 10 business days, you may refer your complaint to the dispute resolution body designated by pk2026's licensing authority.

Contact with pk2026 support must be conducted in a respectful manner. pk2026 reserves the right to terminate communications where support staff are subjected to abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk2026 holds its international gaming license. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

You acknowledge that the laws applicable to online gaming in Pakistan may differ from those of the jurisdiction governing these Terms. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the pk2026 platform complies with any applicable local laws in your country of residence. pk2026 does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the pk2026 platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through the complaints procedure set out in Section 15 before initiating formal legal proceedings.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitration body designated by pk2026's licensing authority. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
